At SIZZ the brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
